If I could give this place negative stars I would. I ordered from there over 1.5 hours ago and my food is still not here. After calling about 5 times finally someone picked up and she said that they are calling the driver, but she could not tell me when I would get my food. She then said that my food is ready, and she was extremely rude on top of it all. So I guess my food has been sitting there for an hour waiting on the driver. If and when the driver shows up I am sending the food back. I will NEVER order from this place again.

Decent Chinese, nothing special. Veggie lo mein was subpar with little flavor, but General Tso's chicken was good although it was drowning in sauce. Delivery was pretty quick, about half an hour, and my food was still piping hot.

I am definitely not a fan of Fortune Express. Although the service was decent and the staff seem willing to cater to your requests ... the food is sub par in my honest opinion. For take-out, I had Home Style Bean Curd and a small plate of Chicken Lo Mein. Both were edible ... but neither ultimately impressed me to at least come back and order again in the future. The sauce for the tofu tasted as though it came straight out of a bottle, and the lo mein noodles seemed like they pre-cooked and re-heated a couple times.I am a bit bummed out, since this place is so close to my apartment. I guess I will have to walk farther to find another Chinese take-out option. This may be a good thing in the long run in order to walk off some of these pesky chinese-food calories.Empt y calories ... go away! You are annoying ... but I can't quit you!

The service was pretty great. Fast and super friendly delivery guy, so I loved that. Other than that, the food was pretty...meh.I ordered the General Tso's tofu and veggie fried rice. Rice was actually pretty good, but the run of the mill fried rice you find anywhere. The tofu was the problem. It wasn't cooked correctly and the sauce had no flavor. I was really disappointed in that.So maybe they have better food than the tofu, but what I had definitely wasn't good.

Ordered their crispy seasame chicken dinner and it was delicious. Crispy and tender, with a delicious sweet sauce that was almost spicy. The cashier was super friendly - a welcomed change... oh the long lost art of quality customer service. They did however, mess up my order. They gave me a soup rather than the crab wontons I ordered. Later that night, I checked my phone and I had four missed calls... they had tried to deliver my crab wontons and were extremely apologetic.Seriously? All these other carry outs wouldn't have gone through all that trouble. +1 star.Good (carryout) food, excellent service and super cheap. Definitely a fan!Ps. like that other Yelper said, don't expect authentic Chinese food, but for carryout food, this is a local treasure.

Maybe I was just really, really craving Chinese, but this stuff was great. I had the Sesame Chicken dinner - HUGE portion, and really yummy. It was ready quickly, the restaurant was clean, and I could walk there from the Intown Uptown Inn where I was staying. Couldn't ask for more than that!

As the title suggests, this was the best take-out I've had in a long time =D especially for the price. The food was relatively quick and extremely cheap. I would definitley reccomend it...especially their general tso's chicken. It's amazing?

So I just ordered from Fortune Express for the first time. The food took an hour to get here. I called after an hour and the phone person said "on the way" and hung up on me. The delivery guy refused to come to my apartment and waited in his car until I got downstairs. Most of all the food was nasty... It also tasted bad... like the duck had been cooked two days prior and kept in a cupboard somewhere. with white rice that had no sauce... Even the onion were bad and I love onions... I threw it away and ordered from somewhere else. Never again!!?

I order from Fortune Express a lot and usually they are pretty good. Maybe its because of the frequency of my orders, but they always give me free teryaki chicken sticks if I order around $20 (which is pretty easy to do if you are ordering for two people at least) and they always get the food to me within 25 minutes.?
